New Gift Feature on Smashwords

Ok, I don't really know if it's new cause I haven't bought anything for the last month, until today, but it's still on a beta mode...

Don't know what I'm talking about? Well, here it goes...

I really love this idea, cause I was thinking there should something like that, like on Amazon where you can gift an ebook. And some books that are e-published on Smashwords are always cheaper there.

And I think I am going to do a giveaway to test it and celebrate my fast-growing followers and my new facebook page! I can't really afford to do the 450, 500, 550, 600 followers giveaways right now with all the other still running but I will plan something for next month (I swear) and I'll make this Smashwords giveaway instead and give 4 ebooks for each milestone!

Tell me what you think about this new feature. Has anyone tried it yet? Noticed any bugs? And, what about my giveaway idea???

Wow! I didn't know it existed!
But what a wonderful idea!
Smashwords is down right now, but when it comes back up, I'll be checking that button out. ;)
Also, I'd totally enter the give-away for one of your ebooks! :D

I think an e-book giveaway is a good idea. I have seen the button on smashwords but didn't try it yet.

I saw that a month ago and I got a gift from there, but I haven't Fred it for myself yet. Will have to look into it soon. Thanks for the reminder! Let us l ow how it goes I you do the ebook giveaway:)

I've been wondering about "gifting" e-books. I'm planning on doing some giveaway hops and I wanted to do e-books for them. This would fit my need. Thanks for mentioning it. I love me some e-books!
